6. Cloud Storage Integrations

Smart Search may allow users to connect third-party cloud storage services, including Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and others.

6.1 Use of Google User Data

Smart Search's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access Google Drive files and metadata that you explicitly authorize.
Google user data is accessed solely to provide the core functionality requested by the user, such as retrieving user-selected files for one-time content processing or display.
Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, research, profiling, or training AI models, and is not shared with third parties.
Accessed Google Drive file contents are processed temporarily and not retained beyond the time necessary to complete the user-requested operation.

6.2 Use of Other Third-Party Cloud Storage Data

Files and metadata from other cloud storage services (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) are accessed only to provide the functionality requested by the user, such as one-time content processing, indexing, or display.
This data is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, research, or profiling, and not shared with third parties.
File contents are processed temporarily and not stored or retained beyond what is necessary to complete the requested operation, unless explicitly requested by the user.
